The site lets you provide a name, business or organization, industry, market, email, optional phone number, website, objective, message, and Digital Check answers. In V1, this information is composed in your browser so you can decide whether to send it through WhatsApp. NEXAROQ does not maintain its own automatic lead database.
Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, request date and time, referrer, and UTM parameters may be processed for infrastructure operation and security. It is not used for automated decisions with legal effects.
3. Purposes
Primary purposes
- Prepare the context you choose to review and send through WhatsApp.
- Process the Digital Check and show initial capability guidance.
- Respond to an inquiry or project and maintain related communication after you initiate it.
- Protect the site's technical security and availability.
Secondary purposes
NEXAROQ does not currently use these flows for mandatory marketing subscriptions. Any future promotional communication will require separate, optional consent and a practical withdrawal method.
4. Digital Check and browser storage
The Digital Check generates deterministic, initial guidance across Web, Brand, Growth, Systems, and Care. It is not professional advice, a contractual decision, or a guarantee of results. Answers and results may be held temporarily in sessionStorage under the versioned key nexaroq:diagnostic:v2. The site prepares the full questionnaire and result in a message; WhatsApp opens as an external channel and the final send occurs only if you confirm it there.
5. Technology providers and transfers
Infrastructure providers may process reasonable technical logs according to their functions and policies. WhatsApp is an optional external channel initiated by the user and is also subject to Meta/WhatsApp terms and policies. NEXAROQ does not claim to control that third party's handling. NEXAROQ does not sell personal information.
6. ARCO rights, restriction, and withdrawal
You may request access, correction, cancellation, or objection, restrict use or disclosure, and withdraw consent where applicable. Email toledoelthon@gmail.com with your name, a response method, the right you wish to exercise, and enough information to locate your data. Reasonable identity or representation evidence may be requested.
Requests will be handled within timeframes established by applicable Mexican law. Withdrawal is not retroactive and may not apply where information must be retained by law.
7. Retention and security
V1 does not automatically store information prepared by the contact or Digital Check flows in a proprietary database. If you send it through WhatsApp, the conversation may be retained for manual service, legal or contractual obligations, and under the external channel's policies. Infrastructure may retain technical logs. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
The site may use session storage and strictly necessary technologies to preserve Digital Check progress, UTM attribution, and functional preferences. We do not claim to use advertising or analytics platforms that are not active. Browser settings can control storage, although some continuity may be lost.
