Which markets does NEXAROQ work with?

NEXAROQ works with a focus on Mexico and the United States.

Scope

What does Care mean?

Care provides monthly continuity. Depending on the agreed plan and scope, it may include preventive maintenance, monitoring, updates, limited support, small changes, and analytics and improvement-backlog reviews.

It does not mean unlimited development, 24/7 support, or an advanced SLA.

What if I need something outside the base scope?

Entry price for the base scope. Additional requirements are quoted separately.

What is a Web Sprint, what does it include, and how long can it take?

Web Sprint is the offer for creating a landing page or simple business website with a defined base scope. It includes basic content architecture and UX/UI, responsive development with a CTA/form, basic analytics and technical/on-page SEO, plus QA, publication, and handoff.

As an indicative reference, a landing page may take 3–5 days and a simple business website 7–12 days. Timing depends on scope, materials, and reviews; it is not an absolute guarantee.

It does not include complex ecommerce or portals with extensive business logic, professional photography/video or legal copy, ongoing campaigns, or custom developments by default. Additional requirements are quoted separately.

What does an Automation Sprint include, and how long can it take?

The base scope covers one main workflow and up to 1–2 reasonable integrations when available. The indicative target is 5–15 days; dependencies and integrations are validated before scope is agreed.

What is Lead Engine, what is its functional journey, and how long can it take?

Lead Engine is the offer for organizing lead capture and follow-up within one defined flow. Its base scope connects a landing page or capture point and form—with consent where applicable—to a defined CRM or pipeline and WhatsApp or another follow-up channel; it adds events/analytics and basic automation, plus QA, documentation, and handoff.

In functional terms, the journey is: capture → CRM/WhatsApp → follow-up → basic measurement. This describes the intended flow, not guaranteed results or automatic inclusion of ongoing campaigns, a call center, a complete enterprise CRM, complex integrations, or modules outside the contracted flow.

The indicative target is 10–20 days, depending on scope and dependencies. The flow and required access are validated when defining the project.

Integrations

Can NEXAROQ integrate any tool?

Integrations are assessed based on technical availability, compatibility, and scope. Not every integration is guaranteed to be possible; each case is reviewed before work is agreed.
